Welcome to Bright Stars Academy! We are delighted to have you as part of our family. At Bright Stars, we understand that parents are a child’s first and most important teachers, and we value the trust you place in us to support your child’s growth and development.
Our daycare provides a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. We encourage open communication and collaboration with families to ensure that each child receives the best possible care and education tailored to their unique needs.

Communication

Maintain open and honest communication with our staff. Share any updates regarding your child’s health, behavior, or routine that may impact their day.

Provide all necessary items your child may need for the day, such as a change of clothes, diapers, bottles, comfort items, and weather-appropriate attire.

Participation

Take an active role in your child’s early learning experience by attending scheduled meetings, events, or conferences.

Financial Responsibility

Make all payments on time according to the daycare’s fee schedule. Please familiarize yourself with our policies regarding fees, late pick-up charges, and refunds.

Parents are responsible for keeping all enrollment forms and emergency contact information up to date. Timely drop-off, pick-up, and regular attendance help children thrive in our program. Families are expected to communicate openly with staff about their child’s needs, health, and development. Tuition and fees should be paid on schedule to ensure uninterrupted services. We also encourage parents to partner with us by supporting learning activities at home and participating in school events when possible.
