PArents Responsibilities
H.E.R. Academy offers several ways for parents to be involved in our program. We have an open-door policy; parents are welcome in our school at any time. Parents are encouraged to participate in classroom activities such as; special events, parties, reading to the classrooms, eating lunch with their child, volunteering, helping the teacher complete tasks to prepare for daily activities, just to name a few. Research shows that parents who are involved and show enthusiasm for their child’s preschool programs promote their child’s self-esteem and reduces discipline problems.
